Ahmed Galal is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the MENA Health Policy Forum and the former Managing Director of the Economic Research Forum (ERF). Dr. Galal was Egypt’s Finance Minister between July 2013 and February 2014. He received his PhD. in Economics from Boston University.
